Hi,
I am frustrated that so many devices are not in the support list of the Versa2 watch.
We have bought a brand new smartphone which have Android 9 and BT 5.0 and the device stopped again the synchronization to the phone! You see a unlimited "device sync"!
Any other device can sync to the phone only the NEW smartwatch have problmes?!
Please fitbit enable Bluetooth debugging to see whats happen on the watch => Currently we see nothing and its extremly annoying and this for a product which would like premium!
Bluetooth standard is a standard so please tell me way you only support 10% of smartphones?!
Affected devices:
ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe (BT 4.2 + Android 8.0)
Xiaome Redme Note 8 pro (BT 5.0 + Android 9.0)
Workaround:
Start my Surface 4 pro and open Fitbit app... And disable bluetooth on the smartphone.

The Fitbit app uses it's own Bluetooth drivers, so does Garmin, I suspect this will continue to be a hardware issue until Fitbit uses the standard Bluetooth drivers.

Hi thx for your answer.
That's odd.
So I hope fitbit is jumping on the bluetooth standard and don't use his own bugged one driver.
And please add debug options! I don't know why the connection fail, then no logs are available and no further technical info regarding Bluetooth connectivity between the watch and smartphone ...
It must be improved asap!
That's not good right now and total annoying.
