I was happy Fitbit user since 2015 – bought many different kinds of watches over the years and was kind of pleased with only some minor problems.
My last purchase was the FITBIT Sense 3 in Nov 2021 and I’m finally sick of it!
Normally companies get better over the years and not worse or backwards like FITBIT has done.
I used to love my fitbit watches, but I have had enough now, it is time to give a different company a try who cares about their products and customers.
Its amazing how a company can go from producing a good product to just expensive junk now.

You posted that the battery doesn't last long after a couple of months? article to help extend battery life - click to read.
I've had different styles of Fitbit, but they all lasted two years or longer. Family members have some devices they've used for three or four years.

I’ve had the same issues! I bought the versa 3 in May 2021, it’s been having nothing but problems since this summer. My Bluetooth never works, no matter how many times I try to reset it. Screen freezes, sometimes there’s no color on the screen, and now the battery never stays charged. I’m moving on to the Apple Watch. Really wanted to love this, but I’m not spending that kind of money just for the one year that it works.

I'll chime in here. My 5-year-old Blaze is still chugging along strong. My daughter is currently using it. The Versa 3 I picked up last year on Black Friday? Just got the second replacement on it through warranty ordered today. HUGE disappointment. The HR tracking is abysmal compared to the Blaze. The first one gave up the ghost in July when it suddenly flashed a message that the battery was low and it was shutting down (battery was over 90% at the time). When I tried to restart it, it never made it past the Fitbit logo. Founds loads of threads here with the same problem. I noticed last month the new one said I climbed over 100 flights of stairs one day. In going back through, it had been over recording stairs for several days. Came here to once again find loads of posts about the same problem. These things are just plain junk, and when the second replacement dies I'm going elsewhere. I'm going to start doing my research now so I'm ready - I doubt I've got six months before I'll need a new watch based on how things have gone thus far.

In all fairness I haven’t experienced any of the mentioned issues on any Fitbit devices I had nor on the app (I am not a premium user …).
I have had several Charge, Flex, Ionic and now Versa 3. Works perfect apart from a few minor things.

The app on Android is driving me and my wife crazy. Whenever we go to look at our walks we have recorded in the Exercise app it's just a spinning red circle. We are both using Pixel 6 phone and have tried all the usual spiel of clearing cache and storage, uninstalling the app etc blada blada blada. Nothing will get our exercises to show in the app.
They are displayed perfectly in web version of Dashboard.
If I go to log out, it says I have logged out, yet when I clear the app from recents and open the app again I am still logged in... That's really secure isn't it Fitbit? If I log out and then log in again right away I have a Blue spinning circle saying "Please Wait..." and does not do anything, least it's a different colour spinning circle I suppose lol.
I give up, well we give up. It's obviously all working for the information to be displayed correctly on PC via the Chrome browser so who knows.
