Error 1006 Access Denied

I get a message "Error 1006 Access Denied". The owner of this website (www.fitbit.com) has banned your IP address...

This happened a few weeks ago and lasted for about 10 days. It worked again for a few days and then stopped working again this week. The only way I can log on is through my phone. It's affecting my Wi-Fi. How do I get this fixed?
