I am trying to install a clock face from app and my Fitbit states “clock error - go to the Fitbit mobile app and try another clock” well when I do that- it’s States on app - clock installing please wait for it to finish before starting another download
what do I do?

@TaylorA23 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the issue that your Versa is experiencing when installing a clock face.
Please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. After this try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. Once you've done this, try another clock face (make sure that it's developed by Fitbit) and see if the error disappears.
