Best AnswerI have a Charge 3. I called Fitbit and they fixed it for me. I had to go to settings, go to clear all data and do sync again. Then I had to go a step further plug it for charging and Pair with my iPhone. It works well today. Thanks Fitbit.
Best AnswerClear cache frequently helps Android users @Selvendran, Clear all data would be the next step to try, but there is 6 other much easier and quicker steps that can be tried first. Next time I start with the step I find that worked this time.
Logging out/in should do the same as clearing data, but in reality doesn't seem to.
I'm not sure if clearing data is help full on iOS.

Best AnswerI had the EOV feature but now it is a black screen. I wear my Fitbit correctly and sleep more than 3 hours. Any idea why I’m not getting s reading now? I loved it.

Best AnswerI had to get a replacement watch because the swipe quit working. I have updated my new watch to the latest firmware 35. I also am trying the free premium service, but now the o2 reports do not show up for me anymore. It used to be under the sleep graphs.
Where is it? Do I have to cancel the premium to see it again?

Best AnswerHi, one question is this feature still not rolled out to every user? Just purchased my Fitbit versa a few days ago and I’m not seeing any oxygen grafts at all under sleep?
