Why is this now available on only some Charge 3 and Versas?

@Norithai the Charge 4 does have the EOV.

You might get a quicker answer by searching the Charge 4 board, rather than the Versa.

If your not seeing the EOV, have you received the trickle update?

You might have been waiting for the second update.

BTW you have 6 posts, all on the Versa Board.

My Charge 4 EOV is working after two days. Slow updates I guess.

When will this be available for charge 4 devices?  I specifically purchased charge 4 this week because the help section in Fitbit listed it as one of the available devices.  Nothing is showing up. Thank you

Someone mentioned that it shows up after a few days. Maybe it’ll tell to update. If not sync your Fitbit then clear your in settings and see whether it works. You can call customer service also If not turn off Bluetooth un pair with your phone snd then add it like a new device.

Hi,

I have a charge 3 but it isn’t picking up my estimated oxygen variation.
Do you know why this could be?

Hello George

Thanks for your message. I tried the Web API but could not find SPO2 data there.Maybe Fitbit will fix this in future. To get the data, use the Export feature on the Web Site. Login in, then use Export in the Web Dashboard. Choose the second option and dowload all data. It takes some minutes to go.

Unfortunately, you won't get real Spo2 data (% values) but variation data (-100 .. +100).

Hope this helps.

Kind regards, Mel the Cat

I discovered that I had this feature.   I really liked this additional feature but it has stopped recording my oxygen variation.  It stopped around April 21.

How do I get it to work again?

In Vancouver Canada with Ionic. Software is latest version. Did a tracker reboot. Can see all the sleep logs for every night so that is working. No oxygen variation graph. I read all Canadians have it now. But I don’t think so....anyway anything else I should be doing?

I had this same problem. Customer service can help you. I did the following: You must first make sure you are using the latest updates of Fitbit. Next sync the data to your phone. Then I went to settings then about aNd then clear the data. Then pair again. That settled it. Hope this helps.
