I have been trying for the last two weeks to get my Fitbit versa 2 to work. It is not tracking sleep heart rate or anything else. The only thing it is tracking is my steps, but it won't compute them to any of the challenges that I'm doing. I have restarted the watch several times I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone nothing seems to work. Anyone got any help for me?
