Scanning nutrition labels

I want to use the nutrition label scanning to track carbs, however, when I scan labels the information does not match the label information.  When I scan it does always bring up the list to choose the measuring type i.e. ounces, lbs, grams, etc..  Even when I have chose the correct unit of measure the information still does match the label.  Anyone else with this issue.

Correction to my post - left out the word not.  When I scan it does not always bring up the list..........Sorry!
