I cant press the alarm on my versa 2 i always need to restart it and sometimes the screen does not work and the screen does not wake all the it even if i press the button i doesn’t wake up i always need to restart it, it is very frustrating.

Hi @Inovice , restart your Versa 2 3-4 times in a row and see if that solves your problem. Usually this will do the trick, Erik
