I have to say the Fitbit team are amazing. I have a fault on my Versa Lite where it won't swipe in any direction. I tried everything and then decided to contact Fitbit. They have been so prompt in answering and trying to help. In the end they are going to replace the faulty one. What more can I say......well done 😄
