Will the Versa 2 ever be compatible with the Note 10+?

In addition to the information that @SunsetRunner shared about the Samsung Note 10+ compatibility, I'd like you to submit a request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.

Curious--do you have a Galaxy Note 10+? I was going to get one until I read your post. I'm trying to find out if you've already tried to sync it. Thanks

As of now, I can assure that the Fitbit Versa 2 syncs fine with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. Alerts, sync, app sync fine. My remaining issue is that the GPS connectivity for exercise is NOT working properly.
When I attempt to use Exercise | Biking, the Versa 2 GPS says "connecting". Sometimes it connects, but then shows no indication that GPS is tracking as my speed sits at 0 km. The Versa 2 then goes into pause (auto-pause enabled) thinking I'm not moving. No issue if Versa 2 is connected to my Pixel 2 (work phone). I end up bringing 2 phones during my ride/workouts. Removal and repairing and reregistering the Versa 2 with my Samsung phone hasn't helped. Any fix would be much appreciated.

I've called Samsung again about sync issues with my Fitbit. After 45 minutes with them we have determined that the Fitbit Versa 2 I'm wearing is incompatible with my new Note 10+. My wife owns the same setup and hers works fine.
Samsung tells me that the Note 10+ is still not on the compatibility list for the Versa 2 on the Fitbit website. I have not verified this.
Help would be appreciated.

I chatted with fitbit support yesterday and the rep I spoke to confirmed the galaxy note 10+ is still under going testingand is not fully compatible as of yet. No ETA provided. I find this hard to believe given that this phone has been out for almost a year and still has yet to receive official support. Response and compatibility list below.

Returning 2 Fitbit Versa 2 my wife got the both of us for anniversary. Wasted 4 hours each trying g to setup phone to watch. Horrible waste of money and time. Now dealing with Squaretrade to refund warranty. So angry that Fitbit doesn't ask for phone type and proactively warn buyers!!
