Exercice app not opening - impossible to reset

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

I can’t open the exercice app. When I click on exercice, nothing happens. Same when I try to fully reset my watch 🙁. Someone has had the same problem? What should I do? Is there another way to fully reset my watch in the hope the problem with exercice part is fixed ? Warranty time had juist elapsed…

thx for your advice

Hi, @Catharina147 have you tried the button reset as well as the reset via the settings app?  Press and hold the back and bottom buttons together until you feel a slight vibration and the Fitbit resets.  This may take a full 10 seconds or possibly even a little longer.  Worth trying a couple of times.

Hopefully that will work.  Welcome to the forums.

I tried to reset by pressing the buttons, but language and clock format is still the same, so i do not think the fitbit has been fully reset... The exercice tile does still not open, so i can not choose an activity 😞

Hi, @Catharina147 you will see the Fitbit logo when it restarts, so if you didn’t see that I would suggest trying the reset again.  If you can access the settings app you can restart from there.  If it is stuck on the exercise app that won’t open, please try the button restart again.  Be sure to press and hold both buttons - it can take longer than you think!

I restarted the watch several times with the buttons, get the logo from restart, but it does not solve the problem with the exercice app, i still can not open it.

I can not restart the watch with the settings app because the watch does not react when clicking on the button to reset to factory settings 😞

Have you tried shutting the Versa. 3 off.

Holding the button, or charging should turn the Versa On. This should also fix the button issue.
