Exercise - Not Enough Data Available - Versa

When manually logging exercise, my Versa has started saying Not Enough Data Available for calories burned, heart rate, & steps.  It is tracking active minutes though.  This just started this week.  I’ve rebooted several times & it still will not fix the issue.  I also have the latest software update.  Any suggestions?

@Fitgal88   Are you an iPhone user?  Many iPhone users are experiencing this when they log an activity manually.

I have a question.  Your Versa is a very capable tracker, with options for auto-recognition and many choices from the Exercise app.  What are you doing that you feel the need to add it manually?

Yes - I’m an iPhone user.  I just prefer to manually track my workouts since I do “boot camp” style typically.  It’s been working fine except for this week.

I have always had to manually log in Silver Sneakers and Weights but for a few weeks it now says not enough data! I have an Iphone8. Any suggestions?

I do Max Challenge and have been logging mine manually for the last 6 months and it started with the error message last week.  Rebooting doesn’t help. What response has Fit Bit. provided?  Something changed for this to start happening to us all.

Evidently Fitbit got the problem fixed! I just manually posted Silver Sneakers and my data was there!
Thanks Fitbit
