Every time I try to open my exercise tile within my versa 2 it will not open. I’m on the latest version of Fitbit too according to the app! Any ideas?

- Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for the response but I’ve done both restarting the watch and changing the face and not only is the exercise tile still not opening but I now have the added issue of my battery life being massively reduced to less than 3 days.
