When I press the exercise button on the screen when I swipe to the right it brings me back to the screen with the four icons. I've also had issues with the heart rate monitor but when I reset the versa it seems to have fixed that issue. It hasn't fixed the issue with the exercise button! Any help appreciated.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally, monitor your Fitbit Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
