Hello,
I recently updated my Versa firmware to the latest software (not sure on version number, but it came out Feb 2020). Watch was working fine for a part of the day until it began to vibrate and shut off. Since then, the screen will only light up to a blank and unresponsive screen. The heart rate sensor lights are also off, and I can't sync or find the watch with my phone . I have charged it, and have attempted the 2 and 3 button reset to no avail.

Same happened to me after update on 2-16-20. I contacted support and they said I needed to buy a new one as it is no longer under the year warranty. I am pretty unhappy about this as it’s only 18 months old.
I am curious to know how many others have to buy new trackers after this update.
