Exercise disappearing from active minutes

Went for a walk yesterday, had 29 minutes of activity, the information is all on the dashboard, but when I go into the active minutes, there is no information for that day, it is showing 2 of 5 days activity instead of 3 of 5. I have turned Bluetooth on and off, turned my Fitbit on and off a few times but none of that worked.

Hi @Walker37. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for my delayed response.

 

I'm sorry that your exercises aren't reflecting the correct information, and thanks for the steps that you've tried prior posting. About the active minutes, do you remember if the heart rate was working correctly? I'm asking this as the active minutes will be recorded based on the calories burned and heart rate data. I'd still recommend to restart your Versa one more time to refresh its performance.

 

About the exercise goal, verify that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. Also, please try to log out from the Fitbit app, close the Fitbit app from the open apps on your phone, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and log back in to check your information.
