My fitbit keeps restarting automatically every like 30 - 60 minutes. It also freezes and won't let you restart and stays on the fitbit logo. This is frustrating because i have only had this device for a month! I have been emailing the fitbit support team however they just keep telling me to 'restart it' and not actually helping me even though i have stated multiple times that i have restarted the device and it does not work. Can someone help me? Can I return the fit bit? There is no point having it when i can't track anything when it's just restarting and freezing all the time.
I am frustrated with this device and the fit bit support team as i am constantly having troubles and they are not listening or assisting me.

I've had my Versa for about a year. It's been a rocky road, won't get into it here because they will probably ban me from posting again (yes, they did). Anyway, today after an 1:45 hour of tennis, I rinsed
my V in running tap water, I never use soap so as not to degrade the seals. Get out of the shower, (never get it wet) and notice the screen is cycling to "nothing to see here" the volume controls for music, the tennis exercise function. I could not get it back to the home screen for about five minutes, finally got to "settings" where I shut it down, which it did but then restarted itself, which it should not have done, and continued with the same cycling problem. Repeated the process to shut it down two more times, it worked ok for about an hour and then when I raised my arm to check the time it did it again. I almost hope it blows up so I can just get a WearOS device that will sync problem free with my phone.

I agree. I am so sick of this device. I am on the urge of launching it into the ocean. The lack of support you get from fit bit in regards to these issues are ridiculous.
