I recently bought my Fitbit versa. I have Oneplus 6T. Its not compatible with fitbit. I am unable to get notifications. I tried reinstalling app and it works for like 15 mints and after that it got disconnected again.  I am facing this problem. can anyone suggest me what to do. On Oneplus fitbit app is also not responding.

Try:

 

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app

 

2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher

 

3) Restart your OnePlus device
