Hi there I need your help my Versa 2 is "Unlock with Phone" i cannot open it and it already unpair to my Cellphone

Hi @akosijose - you may be able to simple repair it then unlock it with the phone.
Logout of the Fitbit App
Login again and head to the phone home screen without closing the Fitbit App.
A sync popup should appear, click on it and wait for the pair and link prompts and then sync.

@Guy_ i tried that but its still unpair is there a way to factory reset the versa 2 without using the setting>about>factory reset?

@akosijose - yes there is but a factory reset can fail, and only to be used as a last option.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo Help & support, Contact Customer. They will guide you through it.
