Versa 2 doesn't charge :(

Hi everyone,

I hope you are well.
I am writing on this forum because I have a problem with my Fitbit versa 2.
Indeed, I had not used it for a few months and now when I plug it in, it lights up and the charge indicator also but it remains at 0% (even after 24 hours of charging) and it turns off as soon as I unplug the charger. Do you know where this can come from and what I can do please? Thanks a lot

Hi @Chamarchepas - it would seem the watch suffered some water damage when you last used it and is in a bad way.

Though I haven't tried this, when the watch is alive on the charger, go to the watch Settings , About menu and do a Shutdown and see what happens. After a bit it should restart.

More importantly check it does not get hot when charging and if so stop immediately.

If it's not under warranty a new one may be available at a good price these days, don't go for a more expensive one.
