Hi,
performed a factory reset in my Versa.
Then i rebooted and since than it has been blocked in logo imagem with the information to download app.
App already installed on a smartphone but Versa still dead. Tried several times do delete and download app and already performed several reboots to Versa. Is it trash now? 10 month Versa...

Hi @SunsetRunner , after a Factory Reset your Versa is essentially a new - still in the box - watch. In order to get it to work, you will need to do the setup of the Versa all over again, just like after when you bought it. Hope this helps, regards kuzibri
