Fitbit Versa will not turn on after factory reset despite trying all troubleshooting options by technician. Was having syncing issues that did not resolve with other shut down options. Very disappointed in Fitbit. I have been with them for years and owned several watches (Charge, Charge HR, Versa) and now only option I was given was to purchase a discounted watch because there is a no fix for a watch just over 1 yr old. Complete ripoff

If Fitbit support requested you to do a factory reset, I would go back to them.
Have you tried plugging the versa into its charger?
