Fitbit is frozen

OK. This is getting annoying. I had a fitbit versa for 6 months. Like 2 months ago it stopped working. They sent me a replacement, a Versa 2. It's been working perfectly. Then I wake up this morning and the watch doesn't respond. I think, maybe the battery died in the middle of night? (Even though I know that's impossible). It was low, but not almost dying. I try plugging it in to charge, no response. The screen is frozen on the apps page. It doesn't respond to any touch. So, I can't go to restart. I feel like i'm crazy because this fitbit is almost brand new and it seems to be completely broken. Since it's not responding to touch, all I can think to do it let it die and then try to plug it in and see if that helps. I'm not hopeful that will do anything.

I gather there it no one to call @ Fitbit with the virus going on. Any other than suggestions that tossing this thing in the garbage and buying an apple watch? Man, I am frustrated.

OK. I held down the side button and it finally restarted. It appears to be acting normal. Except it won't sync. tried all the stuff to resync the bluetooth. nothing is working. I am doing a factory reset.

So far so good with the factory reset, appears to be setting up like normal.

I am annoyed I am spending my morning resetting up a 2 month old fitbit. All I did was sleep. It looks like my sleeping data from last night is lost. The whole reason I have a fitbit is tracking my sleep for my health. When the fitbit doesn't work for the one thing I want. (Well I also rely on it keep me moving all day)

Idk I am just frustrated and screaming into the void right now.

ok last update. factory reset worked. for now........
