How can I adjust the sensitivity on my watch because according to my watch I walked 20000 steps to day and I don't see how that's possible and when I sat down and did a check I moved my arm back and forth 7 times and it recorded 7 steps

Hi @Momof32020, welcome to the community.

 

If you open the fitbit app on your phone - make sure the today tab is selected - tap on your profile picture - tap on Versa 2 - scroll down to and tap on wrist placement - select dominant (this should make it less sensitive).
