Fitbit versa 2 screen

The screen of my fitbit versa 2 smartwatch doesn't react. I can only see the startscreen. I can't swipe

What do you mean by "startscreen"?

 

Have you previously set up your fitbit but it now has a problem or are you trying to set it up for the first time?

The watch worked fine, but now it isn't reacting anymore.

Startscreen= when i press te button on the side, you see the our, hartrate,steps,date.

Normaly i can swipe, but that isn't working.

ok, I understand now. 

 

In the hope that this is just a software glitch, try restarting the Versa 2 by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds. This is much like rebooting a computer - it does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues.

I allready did that a couple off times. It didn't work.

Then my guess would be that it's a hardware issue. If that's the case then customer support is your best option. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
