I had to factory reset my Versa Lite that was recently purchased. After that I could not complete the setup and update my watch. After speaking to the support team they said I would need to set it up by using a computer with Windows 10 , which I do not have. Is there another way I could this?

I don't understand why a phone could not be used,, it you could try any win 10 computer that has Bluetooth.

I don't understand either. I've tried several times and it will just turn off and goes back to the standard to setup download Fitbit app screen. After talking to the support people that is what they told me to do. But I do not have access to a computer at the time so now I'm stuck with a watch I can't use.
