I was trying to get date to change and hit the factory reset button
I deleted app and re started it but cause of same email would not work !!
oh my what can I do ??

That sounds like, when you restarted the app, you tried to create a new fitbit account. There's no need to do that and you should, instead, sign on using the email and password you used when you first set up your fitbit.
Once you are signed in go into your profile settings by selecting your profile image at the top left of the main dashboard in the app and then select "set up a device". This will step you through re-adding your fitbit to your account.
