My screen on my versa says unlock with phone but my versa has been unpaired on my phone so i cannot reset the pin. Can anyone tell me how to factory reset my versa please?
Hi, you can reset your Versa by pressin and holding all three buttons together untill you feel a strong vibration. Then release only the right lower button. Good luck.
Holding all three buttons does nothing, except cause the Fitbit logo to flash on the screen. I held the button down for 30 seconds, never got a vibration

I have the same problem. I've been going around and around with Fitbit support trying to get this resolved. I'll let you know if they come up with a solution.
