Factory reset on versa 2 without touch screen

Is it possible to do a factory rwres on a versa 2 when the swipe on touch screen has stopped working?

On versa 1 you could hold in all 3 buttons or something similar..but here you only have one button..?

Use the procedure on page 59 of your User Manual that they now call Erase and then reinstall.

Except that the screen isnt responding to any swipe...that's why I want to
to a factory reset..

I'm having the same issue and want to do a hard reset, but can't on a non-functioning touch screen.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I reached out to Fitbit and got a replacement unit

I fixed it by just holding the one button until it reset.
