I factory reset my fitbit versa yesterday and it won't turn back on now.

Is it charged as far as you can tell?  If so and still a problem, contact Customer Support.

I had the same problem. After trouble shooting myself, I called customer support. After additional troubleshooting with the rep, I was told there is nothing more they can do and they gave me a coupon for 25% of a new watch (warranty expires a few months ago). Very disappointed!

I did this and now my Versa will not turn back on. Called Customer service and they said the same thing as you. So my watch is worthless. No fix for the problem. Will not buy any more of there crap due to not standing by there product. really Sad.

Same here. I had issues with my versa shutting down while running, so I wanted to perform a factory reset as this is what was recommended on the forum. Now it completely died, won't turn back on. 

I've contacted the customer support but I guess I already know their answer..
