Faulty Bands beware

New to fitbit and loved my new £200 watch... until it fell to the ground the other week. Luckily i heard the bang on the floor and managed to locate it straight away. The rubber band had broken at the watch connection point. The metal connection that holds the watch to the band had slit the rubber. The watch is only a couple of wèeks old and no wear and tear at all to the rubber band. Absolutely gutted as will have to replace band already after just a couple of weeks of use. Dissapointed:(

@BEXEDS - I would suggest contacting Fitbit Support. Maybe they will send out a new band. It’s worth checking.
