Faulty screen on Versa

I have only had my Fitbit Versa for 21 days and charged it yesterday (15/1) no problem, put it on and it suddenly died this morning, when I got home from work I charged it up

When I then came to use it again the screen was clearly faulty, having a washed out our look, going from a dark colour to white, with half the screen showing the clock face and the other half able to flick through the options

Restart it several times, but if that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
