I got a replacement fitbit watch since my display was corrupted (my watch is only 8 months old). I spent almost 2 hours watching videos and chatting with the customer support. I was not able to attach bands to my watch. In the process of attaching the bands, I pulled off top layer of my nail and as a result, I have pain in my fingers. BEFORE sending the the defective band, I asked them to take the bands with the device back and send me the replacement watch with the bands attached since I was aware of this problem. They didn't care about it and asked me to mail back just the device. I am just planning to throw this device into a garbage. It's just pathetic. Whoever was responsible for designing this must be kicked out of the company. It's hard to understand with so many complaints out there related to similar issue, fitbit is not able to do anything.
Moderator Edit: Clarified Subject.
