Versa Battery Drain

In 24 hours my battery drains to 7% or less.  I have already changed my face clock to a Fitbit product, turned off all day sync, quick view, and always connected.  I never used the alarms.  I use the "workout" feature to track my daily workout, which lasts only 20-25 minutes.  The rest of the day it merely tracks steps.  This has been occurring for the last month or so and gradually getting worse.  I woke up this morning to 0% charge after chaging to 100% 22 hours prior.  This Versal replaced my Blaze in September 2018. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

Thanks for the advice!  Did as you suggested with no resolution to the battery issue.  Contacted support and a replacement is on the way!
