I got a versa replacement before my warranty was done, then the replacement stopped working due to battery issues...this replacement device did not even last 6 months. After speaking to customer service over the phone they told me they can’t do anything except give me 25% off the purchase of a new device!! Two defective devices and now I should be motivated to buy a new one! This is absolutely frustrating and completely unsatisfied with the quality of the versa watch.
