Versa 2 battery life and touchscreen issues

Ive had my Versa 2 since Christmas, it has been working fine up until the last 4-6 weeks.  The touch screen stopped working and i have noticed that the battery life last approx 3 days with minimal usage (particularly since the touch screen isn't working).  

I have restarted several times which seems to help for a couple of hours but then it reverts back to not working.  I have also reset it back to factory settings hoping this would help which it did but again only for a day, still touch screen and battery life an issue. Early on i had trouble with water tracking, which was resolved but since then i have had more difficulties, i am unable to use it for anything but simply a watch which is not why i purchased it.

Regarding the touchscreen and battery draining issues that your Versa 2 is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
