Is it just me or does all Fitbit trackers have a habit of breaking right after the warranty ends?? Completely dissatisfied with this!
In the past 5 years, I’ve had 3 different fit bits and they all seem to crap out right after the one year warranty ends.
Started off with a Fitbit flex, but the clasp broke while I was out and the Fitbit fell off. Then I was gifted a Fitbit charge HR and right after the year ended, the computer part broke out of the casing and it was no longer useable. Finally got the Versa limited edition in rose gold May 2019. I haven’t used it as much during the pandemic and today it has stopped working. It is not turning on, the screen is black but the light at the back is green which tells me that the watch is charged.
Called Fitbit today and was offered a measly 25% off a new product. Told them that for the amount of money I have spent on Fitbit’s, I might have as well bought an Apple Watch. At least I wouldn’t have to change the watch every 14-15 months!
Completely dissatisfied with Fitbit and I refuse to spend any more money on their products.
