I am so disgusted by the service and quality of my FitBit Versa, I came here to vent but I guess it's good to see I'm not alone - how pathetic is it, 822 pages of posts, mostly people not satisfied with their watch. I bought my Versa in February 2019, and this weekend was the 4th time the watch stopped working and now, since it's a few months out of warranty, I am screwed. Slapped in the face with a 25% off coupon, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was sent a stupid templated email saying how sorry they are. It's obvious the quality of this watch is not up to par and their customer service stinks. Can anybody suggest a decent tracker that won't cost an excessive amount of $$ that will last more than a couple months?
