My verse has been the worst device out of all three versions of FitBit products I have purchased. It doesn't sync with my Note 9, I have tried absolutely everything. I tried to get the new experience update to see if that would help, but I guess I'm not eligible. I am really feeling like washing my hands of all Fitbit products and looking into another type or form of fitness tracker, because it's just a overpriced pedometer! I can wear one of my expensive watches and a pedometer if I just needed my steps tracked...i have a Samsung watch that does all the things my Fitbit should do and more, but I like the Fitbit interface and community, but it just doesn't function properly for the about of money that I've payed. And that is BEYOND frustrating.

I feel your pain. Mine won’t even set up. Have wasted so much time trying everything with no joy. Really loved the look of it, now I’m sick of the sight of it.

I agree. I have been a fitbit user since the beginning. I have had a Versa for a year, but I will NOT be getting another fitbit device. This has been a nightmare to set up and keep connected to my Android phone. I'm done.

I have had fitbit from the beginning was excited to get my Versa last Christmas. Couldn't get the music to sync at all. Notifications were working, then intermittently, then not at all. Have chatted with help, restarted, updated, taken the app off and on, nothing. Latest it works several times a day.... maybe.
Awfully expensive, really a disappointment....

My Fitbit Alta hr died at one and a half years, they only offered a 25% off coupon... ridiculous!! Finding an alternative

@fit_nurse_mona - Please check to see if your OS on the Note 9 had been updated. It needs to be on Android OS 7.0 or higher. That may be the problem.

I am so sick of this device. I just went to Best Buy to buy a replacement charger. Asked the guy there, i told him Versa 2 and hands me the box. I get all the way home and low and behold, it doesn’t fit by a millimeter. A millimeter. For real. It won’t work. I learned Fitbit decided having a charger that you could take with you with an upgrade was not good idea for the consumer. I really really really am not liking this product right now. You guys blew it.

If Fitbit would use engineers, designers, and Quality Control techs from advanced industrial democracies like the US - rather than Chinese sweat shops - their "smart" watches probably wouldn't suck. I bought a Charge 5 today. Returning it tomorrow. It's entirely defective. Thank God it didn't take me 6 months to figure that out. Fitbit sucks.

If you have any difficulties with the Versa please open a new thread or post on a thread dedicated to the situation, so that you received better and dedicated instructions.
