Fequent but sporadic haptic buzzes during a workout? Why?

Just wondering... my Versa 3 vibrates quite often -  though seemingly quite randomly during a run but I don't know why?  There's nothing displayed on screen. What is it trying to tell me?  I actually find it very annoying...  can it be turned off?  🤔

It sounds like you are getting Active Zone Notifications. You Earn Active Zone Minutes or active minutes based on your device with heart-pumping activity throughout the day. You can turn this feature off if you prefer. Look here to see how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1379.htm
