There is a place to fitbit to record fiber. So why doesnt it give a total with the other nutrients. 2. When can I set reminders in my phone?  What do i need to do or download to get Alexa working?

Can't answer the fiber thing. 

As for reminders, you probably will not be able to, users requested this setting to be on the tracker. 

For Alexa have you read the help instructions? 

I'm not sure if your having problems with Alexa
