Hello,
I had an issue with my watch while I wasn't wearing it. This sounds weird but I wasn't wearing it and an open book was placed on top and I got an error message when I went to put it on. It said "data not cleared." I eventually followed the procedures in the community for getting it synced back. And it will sync to my phone but it is as if the data has been reset because it goes back to the screen with all the languages saying to download the app to sync and when I do that I am forced to the firmware update and it has been attempting to update almost 24 hours now with several attempts. There has been progress on the bar on the watch but the app doesn't go past 1% before it fails or disconnects.

Is your tracker plugged in to a charger and connected to wifi? That makes things happen much faster.
