My Versa lite device won't complete the firmware update. Have been trying for 4 days and have tried all the suggestions. Battery is 100%, have Bluetooth connection and wifi connection. The watch is 1 month old

Hi @K78 Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on update issues. I had to do the last update I had over bluetooth as I just couldnt get it to work over wifi. It took ages, but fot there in the end.
