I have been trying to update my charge 2 lite for the last 4 to 5 days and nothing. It's been on the charger. I've tried to reset it delete the app off my phone. Everything. What else can I do?

The same thing happened to me late Aug when I tried to install the firmware update on my Versa 2. No matter what I tried it wouldn’t install. I kept trying periodically & eventually the update went thru.
I think Fitbit is having server probs. Today I tried to edit my heart rate zones (on web version because there’s ios bug that won’t allow that) & it kept saying ‘unable to complete at this time, try again’ 🙄
