Will the new versa 3 have voice to text that is supported by Apple devices. I hate that if you have an Apple device you don’t get all the benefits of your products.

I'm afraid the Versa 3 has the same limitations as the Versa 2. The online store says:
"Get notifications for calls, texts, calendar events and apps like Gmail and Facebook—plus send quick replies and voice replies right from your wrist. Available when phone is nearby. Replies on Android only."
Given that it's Apple that prevents replies on iOS there's no real change with Fitbit releasing a new model - there's nothing Fitbit can do about it.

I had the same issue when I was looking to buy a Samsung Galaxy smartwatch. Because I have a Moto G6 phone and not a Samsung, I would not have access to all the features. The Samsung rep at Best Buy said the limitations had to do with Motorola giving permission. He said some of the companies are better than others at granting it. Unfortunately Motorola is not one of them. Who knows if that information is correct. But there are a lot of owners of new Galaxy watches who are not happy, to say the least. Samsung was not forthcoming with that information.
