Hey is anyone else having trouble updating their versa? It says firmware update available.  So I clicked it, it kept freezing or not working at all or getting to be like 90% updated and then stopping. Super frustrating

Hi @Cheech420 - if your watch is working normally, you should consider if you need to do the update, as it may create problems such as the one you are having. Before trying again have a look at the issues people have with it.

It won’t even work. It shows up all black, other than the Fitbit symbol on the watch.
