So.. This is my first and my last Fitbit product that I will bought... If someone ask me for review of product and if I like my watch, trust me, I will say loud and clear: NEVER buy Fitbit!
I have my first Fitbit Versa for 2 months now... Is superb for what all can track and designee is great (for my taste)...
BUT! If I pay that kind of money for smartwatch and tracker I assume that it does all by it's on and can adopt to changing phone without problem because I paid for well know brand that is on market and I assume that they invest in there software - BUT NO in your case!
Every day restarting phone (Huawei P20 - I know it's not on list... BUT that phone has been on a market for a year and you still didn't optimized the app?!), restarting watch, restore to factory settings, bluetooth on/off, three times reseting watch and all for nothing! I drain battery on my phone so fast for trying to sync!
Then steps were not counting 2 days also as my sleep and HR( I didn't notice because I couldn't sync to phone - and don't tell me to sync to PC because in now days you can do anything by phone only syncing fitbit you can't...) ... Ok I passed over that, but now again, and again - restarting, deleting device from app, adding it again! That's all waist of my time!
You have this community - people post problem about same issue all the time and you don't do nothing! That's not what I have paid for... I'm slave of the watch because I have to spend my time to try to see data that it supposed to be shown in maybe 1-2min syncing time!
I hope that you will change something about that and stop answering to the problems - did you try reseting/deleting or restoring to factory settings! I won't say that sometime it helps, BUT you have a lot of post about same problem and you didn't do nothing about them! You have people hired just for answering buy copy-paste same post over and over again to all the problems....
And please don't tell me to send you product back to you because I'm from Croatia - I bought it here in one shop - it has warranty but I don't have time or energy anymore for dealing with something so stupid that could be fixed only if you invest in good software that would solve 90% off all problems!

Hi, you made your point, but I'm really astonished by this remark you make: "You have people hired just for answering buy copy-paste same post over and over again to all the problems....". I'm not hired by Fitbit and I'm just, as you are, a user of a Fitbit product and try to help people/users with problems. You have all the right in the world to complain about your experiences with the Versa, but do not blame us helpers and also not Fitbit, cause there are known problems between Fitbit and Huawei devices due to BT problems, which they communicated very well on different sites. I wish you all the luck in the world to find a device that fits your needs. Good luck!!

The first Fitbit I owned was the blaze it worked great never had a issue. So I bought the versa a supposedly upgraded watch. Every day I have a issue with it connecting to my phone. When I run it could never track me it’s the adsulute worst watch I have ever owned.

I didn't mean to blame people that are users of Fitbit just like me and that they are trying to help people by there experience, knowledge or any other aspect that they have! That's great that in every community (not only Fitbit) you always have people that are trying to help with there experiences and yes, in most cases that helps a lot of people...
I know about Huawei problem, it's not just Fitbit problem... it because worldwide problem for all kind of things, but before Huawei I had Samsung A3 2017 (first month and a half of using Fitbit) and I had same issues as with Huawei.
In my country price of Versa is about half of monthly salary and if I pay that kind of money for any device/product (it doesn't have to be Fitbit - it can be a dishwasher, anything) I'm frustrated that I trowed away my money on something that doesn't work.... Again - that's not Fitbit problem that economy in my country is bad but when you pay for something and it doesn't work is just making you mad/sad/angry and all in same time...
And I wanna thank you and all the Fitbit users who are spending they time for helping other in any kind of way!

Always check this before a Fitbit purchase. They are not compatible with every phone.
