Hi Team,
I have recently purchased FIT BIT versa, but it is not turning ON and neither it is showing any charging status. I tried reaching the customer support 08001004540 but it is not reachable.
Please provide any customer support store in Bangalore where I can resolve this issue.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Versa. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
