My fit bit fell on the carpet. Now the screen is blow with white lines like it's broken inside. 

Help!

I've had this for 3 months. Brought  it from Facebook marketplace

Hi @SunsetRunner  you try cleaning it off and restarting it? Facebook Marketplace is not an authorized retailer for Fitbit products.
